Best of Venice 2025: Celebrating Community, Excellence, and 14 Years of Trust

Each year, the Best of Venice Awards shine a spotlight on the businesses, professionals, and organizations that truly make Venice special. Presented by the Venice Gondolier, the 2025 awards were based on more than 80,000 votes from readers, making this one of the most meaningful honors a local business can receive—because it comes directly from the community.

The winners were celebrated during a formal awards banquet held at the Plantation Golf and Country Club, bringing together leaders across real estate, dining, arts, and professional services to recognize excellence throughout the Venice area.

A Personal Milestone: Second Place – Best Realtor for Condos & Villas

This year’s event was especially meaningful to me on a personal level. After returning to full-time residential sales just a few months ago, I was honored not only to be nominated, but to be awarded Second Place for Best Realtor in Condo & Villa Sales.

Venice’s condo and villa market requires a deep understanding of lifestyle communities, HOA nuances, waterfront considerations, and long-term value. To be recognized in this category—among so many talented professionals—is both humbling and motivating. I’m deeply grateful to the clients who placed their trust in me and to the community that continues to support my work.
